Active Programs
Out and About
Active Programs can be adapted to suit the client’s needs within reason. At Beach, Park, All popular program sessions last for 1 hour and can be recorded for coaching documenting purpose, with the clients approval of course, and knowing that after the recording is transcribed and a summary is e-mailed or delivered to the client the recording will be destroyed. All client’s recordings and information is under a privileged and private coach, client confidentiality agreement and a strict code of ethical conduct by the International Coaching Federation.
Walkie Talkie
Client and Coach meet at your favorite park, beach, path or street for a quiet walk while you are feeling comfortable, at ease and empowered to talk about what ever you like to talk about, even if its just an ear to listen. Limitlessworld practices 70% listening and 30% talking, to help the client move forward at there pace. All while keeping the client on track with their goal or statement. Please feel free to bring your dog along for a walk this is your time.
Leisure Lunch
Client and Coach meet at clients favorite place, or some place convenient and quiet where the client feels safe and relaxed to talk about the clients needs or interest, to help the client move forward with what ever they have decided to share. Making sure the client is at ease and feels empowered to share there journey and grow forward.
Ride N Drive
Client and Coach meet a designated place where the coach rides in the client/s car to where ever the client feels most powerful to gain the best inspiration, whilst moving in the car and being moved in the process of enlightened thinking the client gets to share dreams and thoughts, whilst engaging in a high powered connection with their coach to help guide them ever so gently, towards gaining momentum to their goals. The client/s are responsible to make sure the coach gets back to a the location to where he was picked up from, or within a reasonable distance or as settled prior.

Payment
All fees are to be paid in full before session commences. 50% student discount is applicable for all students regardless of tertiary level, there will be no other promotions in conjunction with this offer.
Coach and client conversations and communications are bound by private and strict ethical code of conduct and confidentiality agreements from the International Coaching Federation, which cannot be discussed with employers, parents or guardians irrespective of whom payments are made by. All files pertaining to client sessions are held under lock and key at all times, for the clients safety and discretion.

Cancellation Policy
More then 7 working days notice will be 100% refunded, 4 working days or less a 50% refund and with less than 2 working days no refund will be made. All cancellations and scheduled changes must be done via e-mail, within the appropriate time. All considerations are made when deciding on refunds and cancellations decisions. All sessions start at the appointment time if you are running late the session will start when you arrive, and will be completed at the appropriate appointed time.
